Our prices are inclusive of the following services:

A serving time of around 1 1/2 hours suits most parties but with prior arrangement,serving time can be extended for larger functions

The costs of setting up and discreetly clearing away after the food has been served.
Barbecues
Ever hosted a barbecue and ended up watching your guests having a great time while you're cooking and running around all night. Let us take the stress out of your barbecue by supplying, cooking and serving the menu of your choice, allowing you to relax and enjoy the occasion. We can either provide our barbecue or use yours, as you wish.
To barbecue is a way of cooking rather than a type of food, so almost anything can be cooked on them.
Typical items cooked on our barbecues include;

- Fresh quality burgers and sausages
- Salmon / tuna / shark / lobster / tiger prawns
- Ribs and kebabs
- Whole, quarter, legs and wings of chicken
- Butterflied Cuts of Pork, Lamb and Beef

Meats and fish can be marinated and seasoned to produce tastes from around the world including Thai, Cajun, Caribbean, Moroccan. For the more unusual we can supply wild boar, ostrich , kangaroo, and crocodile.
